Amanda’s architecture experience spans among hospitality, commercial, retail, and restaurant projects ranging in size from 3,000 sf to 1,000,000+ sf. She is experienced in all phases from schematic design to construction administration. As project manager, she is responsible for developing design plans into construction documents, while coordinating with contractors and engineering consultants. She has coordinated production teams to deliver code compliant construction documents for city permitting. Amanda has also followed many projects through construction administration process, participating in construction coordination meetings, coordinating ADA/TAAS registration, compliance and inspections.
